Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. Because of the nature of these items, if for some reason you are NOT just let us know within 7 days of delivery! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in St Paul Minnesota via USPS. We ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard shipping available by USPS. Standard processing time for orders is 1-3 days with a priority ship lane of 1-2 days depending on where you are located.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
- If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 24 hours of the marked 'delivery'. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. 
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the customer chooses to have their package shipped to a third party carrier - transport or courier company.

Damaged Packages 
- Damaged packages are very rare but in the case you may receive one, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely - always and rarely inquire problems. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge.  Please contact us if you have any issues!
